We are located in NE Naples very close to the Collier County Fair Grounds, 9.6 miles east of I-75.  Normal driving time is 15 min from the interstate

• There is 1 major grocery, Publix , 1 specialty grocery + 1 pharmacy store 1/2 miles 
• Golf, Valencia Golf + Country Club,  public course 1.3 miles
• Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park 3.4 miles - Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball  and waterpark
• Collier County Fairgrounds 3.0 miles
• Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary 8.7 miles (reservations required)
• Dining, There are over a dozen great restaurants within 7 miles
• Fast Food, McDonalds and Duncan Donuts are within 2 miles
• Wiggins Pass State Beach is  15..5 miles

For overnight guests we are set up to sleep 4 adults / 2 couples. If needed the sofa/trundle can be easily converted into a  2 single beds for children guests.  For greater numbers of day guests use the Swimply Link

We are NOT set up to accommodate children that Do Not Swim.  Parents will supervise their under 21 yr old children at all times.  Minimum age to make a reservation is 25. Bring your own Child Flotation device

Yes, we do allow our guests to use the retreat area with or without clothing. If you are going to be clothing optional (topless of nude) we ask that you tell us beforehand so we can give you the proper privacy. The pool area is shielded from view from outside the property.

Yes, we will allow overnight guests to have 4 additional adults to use the pool during the day. They cannot stay overnight.  IF there are more then it is considered a Private Party and there is a fee schedule based on the number of adults.  We Use Swimply for Group Pool Use

There is NO Smoking or Vaping inside the guest house or in the pool area. An outdoor smoking area is provided.  If an odor is present on check out you will be charged $500 for necessary additional cleaning required. 

Yes, we do allow our guests to bring up to 2 small dogs. With a combined total weight of 40#.  When you leave the guest house area you must take your pet with you or leave them in a closed kennel. At no time are dogs allowed outside without supervision. Cats are NOT allowed. There is a grass area behind the guest house for the dogs to use. Owners MUST clean up asap. Droppings left behind will incur additional charges $500.00 to clean up.

There is always a $250 pet fee, this covers the additional cleaning and sanitation of the guesthouse after a pet stay.
