NOTE: Owners will be present on premises during Private Parties, You will be given privacy BUT excess alcohol, Illegal drugs, loud music past 11PM will result in Immediate removal of ALL Parties and NO Refunds. This for everyone's safety

We allow a maximum of 40 pounds of Pets, Two - 20 pound dogs. We prefer females dogs and they do not mark everything. Owners MUST pick up their droppings as soon as possible. A grass area behind the guest house that can be used. Our entire house area is fenced. There is an adjacent open space that can be used , it is suggested that they be on a leash. Dog Fee to to cover the additional cleaning and odor removal. Dogs left unattended inside the guest house MUST be kenneled.
This is a per dog fee
This will be returned at the end of your stay providing there has been no pet damage: chewed furniture, rug damage, urine stains.

All Prices are subject to State and Local Taxes (11%) Overnight Guests - Security / Damage Deposit canceled upon Successful Checkout - Smoking in Guest House $500 Cleaning Fee will be charged - "Private Party Cleaning Fee" is Refundable if premises are in the same condition as when you arrived not including laundry.
