We utilize AirBnB for our reservations and payments. Rates will vary depending on the month of the year and holiday stays. We have a two day minimum stay and offer discounts for week, month and multi-month stays. Airbnb LINK is below.
We utilize Swimply for private pool parties reservations and payment. We have a 4 hour minimum NOTE: Owners will be present on premises during Private Parties, You will be given privacy BUT excess alcohol, Illegal drugs, loud music past 11PM will result in Immediate removal of ALL Parties and NO Refunds. We allow a maximum of 30 pounds of Pets, Two - 20 pound dogs. We prefer females dogs and they do not mark everything. Owners MUST pick up their 'business' as soon as possible. A grass area behind the guest house that can be used. DO NOT Let them use the sand area to potty on as this area is used by our guests. Our entire house/guest house area is fenced.
